Our repertoire.

Two musicians – Anna Veismane and Timo Kinnunen are tied together by similar taste of music as well as views of life, mental and intellectual values.

By combining Timo’s enormous experience and excellent virtuosity with Anna’s creative imagination and sensitivity they can pass the musical message onto the listeners.

Music as expression of emotions and inner freedom of a personality is the most important quality of the duo. Because of this the repertoire of the duo consists of the works by various authors – romantic and contemporary music as well as improvisations inspired by folk and jazz music. Improvisation is an important quality of the duo Oneplusone as a free flight of fantasy.

Oneplusone have premiered more than twenty compositions dedicated to ensemble and cooperated with such composers as Miklós Maros, Aspasia Nasopoulou, Rei Munakata, Jarkko Hartikainen, Nicholas James Casswell, Rūta Vitkauskaite, Egidija Medekšaite, Anitra Tumševica. Thay have played concerts in Lithuania (festival Druskomanija), Latvia and Finland.

From the point of view of different cultures and experience the musicians create their own style and interpretation.
